Tis is a rare condition that occurs in Unicorns and Alicorns, Magic Build up.
This happens when the pony can not cast magic, thus causing any magic to slowly buildup since it can not get out.
It doesn't seem noticeable at first, but as time goes on....the pony will look a bit large.
Later on, the pony will keep getting bigger and wider with so much magic inside them. Soon, they will end up as big blimps full of magic.
The cure....I got nothing o3o
